Refunds for Internet Orders

All NEW products we sell are covered by one or more factory/distributor warranties.  There is no implied or expressed warranty by Gun Showroom. Any flaws/defects must be dealt with through the Factory warranties. 

Firearms:  Shipment of ALL firearms MUST be to an FFL dealer. If you order a firearm and for some reason don't qualify to purchase the firearm, upon its return to Gun Showroom we will refund the the price you paid less 3% Cancellation fee and a 15% restocking fee.  Providing: 1) The firearms is unused  2) The firearms is in its original factory condition.  3) All boxes and associated paperwork are returned with the firearm.  

You are responsible for the freight cost for returns to Gun Showroom. 

If you order a firearm or any other merchandise, pay for it by Credit Card, and cancel the order prior to shipment we will refund you the purchase price less a 3% Cancellation fee.
